The Chef, a profound connoisseur of the Phlegraean traditions, reinterprets Neapolitan culture through a contemporary sensibility. The result is a fine dining experience where the purity of flavors meets refined technique, offering dishes that honor their local roots while elevating them into new expressions of taste.

Complementing the experience is a wine list that continues the celebration of local identity: our selection places the region’s finest expressions at its heart, including Falanghina and Campi Flegrei DOC Piedirosso, labels that encapsulate the power of the volcano and the savoriness of the sea.

On our terrace, the aperitif becomes an immersive experience. As the sun sets over the Gulf of Pozzuoli and traces the silhouette of Nisida, we serve the finest expressions of our land; cocktails or glasses of local wine accompany the Chef’s artisanal creations, prepared with fresh ingredients cultivated between the vapors of the Solfatara and the crater of Agnano, in a celebration of Phlegraean identity.
